bright decor helpful staff

i was charmed by the bright decor in the hotel it was so cheerful the room included a modern television it had many channels i could watch the staff were helpful and attentive they were quick to respond to requests. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastries and fruits everything tasted fresh.

the elevator felt a little small it was tight when several people were trying to use it.

i found the staff quite friendly, especially pujith, who enhanced my stay. he was always ready to assist with local insights. the breakfast was fabulous, offering a wide selection. i also found the room quiet and well-decorated.

mixed experience at the hotel

broken lift low water pressure

the bed was large and very comfy.

The lift didn't work, and it was difficult lifting luggage to the top floor. there was to be an issue with the water pressure in the shower. The higher up the floor levels you go, the lower the shower pressure becomes. at one point, i did not have any water in the shower unit.

lovely Getaway

great location friendly staff

I enjoyed how close the hotel was to local shops. Restaurants and cafes were easy to reach. it was SO convenient for visiting the pier and enjoying local beach attractions. The staff were friendly. They helped me with all questions.

there WAS a little confusion about the parking upon arrival. i was told to pay online, but it resulted in a higher charge than expected. it was a bit frustrating.

The room was clean and spacious. i found the interior design quite appealing. the location was convenient. It was only a short walk to the beach. there were also plenty of clean towels available.

The lift was small and felt a bit shaky. the breakfast selection was lacking in quality and variety. i found cobwebs behind the towel rail in the room. It was not great.
